MEET SAM
Founder of The Jersey Mixologist and The Jersey Cow Distillery, Sam Pierce is a hospitality professional with deep roots in Jersey and global experience behind the bar. After years working in cocktail venues around the world, Sam returned to the island with a mission: to create standout drinks experiences that feel as good as they taste.
Backed by formal training from the European Bartender School and professional certifications in both wine and distilling, Sam combines creativity with technical know-how — whether he’s crafting bespoke menus for events or experimenting with new flavours at the distillery. From private parties to high-end brand launches, his focus is always the same: premium drinks, great service, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
When he’s not running The Jersey Mixologist, Sam leads The Jersey Cow Distillery, a small-batch spirits brand rooted in island heritage. Using Jersey milk as the base for its vodka and gin, the distillery combines traditional techniques with local ingredients to create spirits that are smooth, distinctive and unmistakably tied to the island.
